Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
- Familiar with industrial engineering practices, including time studies.
- Willing to commit for a minimum of 5 years.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, marker software, and GSD is an advantage.
